Bespoke Ordering Deposit
Thank you so much for committing to owning a piece of Natasha Lucia Jewellery. Each bespoke piece is made slowly, intentionally, and uniquely for you.
Please take a moment to read the following terms before placing a deposit.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your commission and begin the design and making process.
- Deposits are non-refundable once design work or making has begun, as time, materials, and creative labour are immediately invested.
Design & Adjustments
- Turnaround time will be discussed and agreed at the time of enquiry.
- Minor refinements may be possible, but any design changes requested after the deposit is paid may incur an additional fee, depending on the extent of the change.
- Significant design changes may require a new quote or timeline.
Uniqueness & Variation
- Please note that due to the handmade and often organic nature of the process (including sand casting), no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
- Small variations in texture, shape, and finish are a feature of the work, not a fault.
Materials & Stones
- All stones are subject to availability. If a specific stone becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative will be discussed with you before proceeding.
- Natural stones may contain inclusions or variations — this is part of their character.
Sizing
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate sizing.
- Resizing after completion may be possible depending on the design, but may incur an additional cost.
Balance & Completion
- The remaining balance must be paid before the piece is released or shipped.
- Completed work will not be dispatched or handed over until payment is received in full.
Cancellations
- If you choose to cancel after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover time and materials already invested.
- If work has not yet started, please get in touch as soon as possible — each case will be handled fairly and transparently.
Care & Responsibility
- Care instructions will be provided. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
- Handmade jewellery is not indestructible — please treat it with care.
Please note, due to the nature of our design and fabrication process, each piece of jewellery will turn out slightly unique and not exactly as pictured.

Customise
All of our pieces are fully customisable. For other metals, such as gold, or to add or change stones, please get in touch at info@natasha-lucia.com
Materials
Silver
All of our ready to buy pieces are crafted using silver sourced from antique collectors and other trusted sources, a fully circular process with no material waste.
Ethical gemstones
We use natural gemstones only when we can source them responsibly. “Ethical” means prioritising suppliers who can demonstrate transparent, lawful supply chains, fair labour standards, and responsible environmental practices - and who are willing to share provenance information where possible.
Lab-grown gemstones
In some pieces we choose lab-grown stones because they allow a clearer ethical guarantee. Lab-grown gemstones are chemically and optically the same as mined stones, but are created in controlled conditions, which helps reduce uncertainty around mining practices.

Care
Silver
Sterling silver is a living metal and will naturally darken over time through contact with air, moisture, and skin. To slow oxidation, remove your jewellery when showering or when using cleaning or cosmetic products. Please be aware that darkening is likely to happen during warmer months, yet this is a normal reaction and can be gently reversed using the included silver polishing cloth.
For a deeper refresh, line a bowl with aluminium foil, place your silver inside, then add hot water and a small amount of bicarbonate of soda. The tarnish will lift naturally. Rinse well and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Gemstones
Gemstones are set by hand and, like all fine jewellery, can shift with regular wear. To help protect your piece, avoid heavy impact, pressure, or wearing it during physical activity. If a stone does fall out, we will happily replace it free of charge the first time. Any further replacements may incur a small fee, though we hope this won’t be needed.
Shipping and Packaging
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
For items made in a custom size, please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be made and delivered. If you need something sooner, feel free to get in touch and we’ll always try to accommodate where possible.
All orders are sent in discreet, biodegradable and recycled packaging, and include our signature jewellery pouch. Each pouch is made from deadstock or repurposed leather — if you’d prefer a vegan alternative, just let us know at checkout.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and international orders are sent using DHL Express.
Return policy
As most pieces are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns.
If your ring isn’t quite the right size, we’re very happy to offer a free resize or exchange so it fits just right.
If your item arrives faulty or develops an issue, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
